For a year, it has been absorbing their soul, their memory, and their depth. When the passage of time has done its work, we have added plums macerated in brandy for three months, letting the beer and fruit meet slowly, without forcing anything. The result is dense, dark, and full of nuances: notes of ripe fruit, liquor, wood, and a warmth that grows with every sip. It is a beer that speaks of long nights and moments that call for calm.
