High-fermentation Catalan Strong Ale style beer aged for 24 months in Russet ratafia barrels, with an appearance of old oak and a very persistent ivory cream. On the nose, nutmeg stands out with hints of fennel and anise, and as it opens, licorice, molasses, and toffee come into play. On the palate, we find a very complex, spiced beer with a green walnut flavor, with the presence of very ripe red fruit, jam, and caramel.
