The beer bistro "Les Cuves de Fauve" is inspired by the "brasserie" concept, meaning it combines a restaurant, a bar, and a microbrewery in one place. It is a totally immersive experience: an open microbrewery where you can share beers served directly from the tanks. You can choose from 16 different beers on tap! Yes, you read that right... 16 beers on tap for maximum variety! We promise new and unique beers every month. We have Fauve beers, but we also bring kegs from other breweries. As for the food, we are a real restaurant! But forget those long ten-course menus... Instead, we offer small plates to share! Everyone chooses two or three, we put them in the middle of the table, and we snack from our neighbor's plate... or from the plate on the table next to us!
